• Day 1 (October 31, 2026): Arrival in Turkmenistan & Introductory Ride Welcome to Ashgabat—a city of striking contrasts, white marble, and golden domes. After landing at the international airport (famous for its bird-shaped terminal listed in the Guinness Book of World Records), we transfer to a 3-star hotel for breakfast. Next, we visit a renowned local stud farm to meet our horses.

  Ashgabat is full of surprises—holding the world record for the highest concentration of white marble buildings, it is officially the world’s “whitest” city. Interestingly, city regulations only allow white or light-colored vehicles on the streets, giving the capital a sleek, gleaming appearance.

  In the afternoon, we will have an introductory ride in the arena with our horses, followed by a session on the racetrack. The pace will be tailored so everyone can ride safely and comfortably. We wrap up the day with dinner at a local restaurant and an overnight stay at our 3-star hotel in Ashgabat.

• Day 2 (November 1, 2026): Heading East into the Wild After breakfast in Ashgabat, we gear up for a full day of riding heading east. The coming days are a dream for trail riders and nature lovers. The Turkmen wilderness is stunning—endless horizons, green oases, and untouched landscapes where time stands still. We will traverse both desert and sprawling steppe. Nights will be spent either at local hippodromes or camping under the stars. We always ensure comfortable arrangements and hot meals. While showers may not be available every day, the campfire atmosphere adds a true sense of adventure.

• Day 3 (November 2, 2026): The Merv Oasis & Ancient History Another full day riding further east into the Merv Oasis, a region defined by arid landscapes dotted with lush greenery. Today’s highlights include visiting ancient fortress ruins and a striking 15th-century square mosque built during the Timurid Empire, featuring traditional brickwork and intricate geometric patterns. Overnight at the hippodrome or in camp.

• Day 4 (November 3, 2026): Historic Landmarks & Memorials We press on eastward through the terrain. Along the route, we stop at a charming 18th-century mosque site marking the 1881 battle where Turkmen tribes made a historic stand against the invading Russian army. This battle remains a powerful symbol of national resilience. The rebuilt mosque serves as both a place of prayer and a historic landmark, flanked by a memorial complex and museum honoring the fallen warriors. Overnight at the hippodrome or in camp.

• Day 5 (November 4, 2026): The Mary Region A full day in the saddle exploring the rich region surrounding the city of Mary. Here, the landscape transforms into fertile terrain with blooming meadows, expansive cotton fields, and shimmering desert lakes. Overnight at the hippodrome or in camp.

• Day 6 (November 5, 2026): Legendary Merv & Farewell Dinner We complete our point-to-point journey near the legendary site of Ancient Merv. Once one of the major hubs along the historic Silk Road and one of the largest, wealthiest cities of the medieval world, Merv was a thriving beacon of culture and trade in the Islamic world. Today, its ruins are protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  In the evening, we gather for a celebratory farewell dinner at a local restaurant before retiring to our 3-star hotel. Following a brief rest, we transfer to the airport for late-night/early-morning departures.

• Day 7 (November 6, 2026): Return Home Flight back to your home country.

Rider Responsibilities (Payment & Cancellation)

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is paid, you may book your flights and prepare your visa documents (the hosting team will handle the visa application). Upon visa approval, an additional payment of 40% is due. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to arrival.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • 45+ days before departure: 10% non-refundable (visa and administrative costs).

  • 45 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost.

  • 29 to 15 days before departure: 80% of the total trip cost.

  • 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total trip cost (non-refundable).

• Early Resignation: If a rider chooses to leave the trip early after it has begun, no refunds will be issued. Any evacuation costs and additional expenses (accommodation, transfers, meals) will be the rider’s sole responsibility.

Trip Operation Guidelines

• A minimum of 2 riders is required for the trip to run.

• If the minimum group size is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip up to 45 days before departure. In this event, full refunds will be issued for monies paid to us, but no additional compensation will be provided.
